<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely connect a crank-like connection part of an inner cable to a connection hole of an operating lever. <P>SOLUTION: This cable connection structure is provided with a pair of lever side guide walls 42 facing each other on both sides of an imaginary extension line E extending in an opposite direction to a cabling direction A of an axis O, near a connection hole 41 in the operating lever 4, at a portion located on the opposite side to the cabling direction A side rather than the connection hole 41, and having inclined parts 43 inclining downward in an inserting direction D of an eccentric portion 53b. When the eccentric portion 53b is inserted in the connection hole 41, an arm portion 53a abuts on the inclined parts 43.
