SWITCHING OPERATION DEVICE

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching operation device in which an intermediate position is excluded from a switching position of an operation handle for improving the usability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The switching operation device is used for switching modes of a transmission mechanism capable of switching three or more shift modes by switching two or more components. The components are respectively provided with operation handles. The operation handles respectively reciprocate between two predetermined positions along a predetermined operation direction to switch the components respectively corresponding to themselves. The handles are arranged side by side in one opening provided for an outline of a transmission mechanism. Further, one end of the operation handle overlaps the other operation handle along the operation direction. This can suppress enlargement of the switching operation device and can exclude the intermediate position of the operation handle to improve the usability. Ž<P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT Ž
