<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for rapidly manufacturing a first-aid adhesive tape in large quantities, the first-aid adhesive tape with a soft hydrocolloid layer fixed to a support body. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The device for manufacturing the first-aid adhesive tape is provided with: a pasting drum 20 to be rotated in one direction, while winding a belt-like process sheet 1 by about half round; a molding drum 40 where a large number of recessions 41 are formed in the circumferential direction of a peripheral surface and which is rotated in the opposite direction of the pasting drum 20, while winding the original fabric 2 of the support body by about half round, and is aligned in parallel with the pasting drum 20 in a horizontal posture; a storage part 50 for storing a fluid hydrocolloid material 3 while the belt-like process sheet 1 wound on the upper side of the pasting drum 20 faces the original fabric 2 of the support body wound on the upper side of the molding drum 40; and a cooling means 70 which softens the fluid hydrocolloid material 3 discharged from the space between the pasting drum 20 and the molding drum 40 and held between the belt-like process sheet 1 and the original fabric 2 of the support body, and fixes the soft hydrocolloid layer onto the original fabric 2 of the support body.
