<p>The track (1) has a rail track section including a deformation sensor (10) e.g. optical sensor, which is connected to an evaluation device for producing a safety-warning signal. The sensor has a glass fiber extended along the section to determine an optical path. The glass fiber is connected to an analysis unit that detects displacement of Bragg-wavelength. Bragg-gratings are formed in the glass fiber. The analysis unit includes a discriminator unit for detecting parameters of a track load along a track line to differentiate improper loads from proper loads.</p>
