<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet treatment device and an image formation device provided with the sheet treatment device capable of treating the sheet without causing image defect. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet storage means 3 for standing-by the sheet subsequently treated during when the sheet on the sheet loading part is treated and conveying the standing-by sheet toward the sheet loading part 130 after completion of treatment is arranged in an upstream of the sheet loading part 130. The storage means 3 is constituted by a retaining means for retaining the sheet; and a movement means for moving the retaining means in a direction conveying the retained sheet toward the sheet loading part 130.
