The assembly has a circular centrifugation enclosure (1) made of rigid plastic material and having a connection unit (5) for connecting the enclosure with outside. A flat holder (3) is made of rigid plastic material and has channels (4a-4c) for connecting ducts to flexible pockets, respectively. Ends of the ducts are adjacent at ends of the channels, respectively. The ends of the ducts have surfaces complementary to surfaces of the ends of the channels. The surfaces are jointly fixed to one another in a sealed manner to allow the holder and the connection unit to form a rigid unit. |
