PURPOSE: A soil washing system using prefabricated vertical drains and a method using the same are provided to restore the contaminated soil even in an area where the degree of contamination is low by discharging the water out of the soil adjacent to the prefabricated vertical drains and inducing the contaminated material. CONSTITUTION: A soil washing system comprises a plurality of prefabricated vertical drains(100) including a filter, an insertion pump(200) connected to the prefabricated vertical drains and inserting the water into the prefabricated vertical drains, and a vacuum blower(300) connected to the prefabricated vertical drains and inhaling the contaminated material from the prefabricated vertical drains. The core is made in shape of wave. The core is embossed.
