PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display is provided to improve the impact resistance of the display panel assembly by reducing the step height from the second substrate in a mounting area. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate(51) is divided into a display region and a built-in region. A second substrate(52) is attached to the display region of the first substrate. The first and second substrates are combined with each other to form a display panel assembly(50). A integrated chip(40) is mounted in the built-in region of the first substrate. A protective film(45) is attached to the mounting region of the first substrate. The protective film reduce a step height from the second substrate.
