METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING AUDIO-LINGUAL FUNCTION

A method for diagnosing audio-lingual function comprises measuring quantitative parameters of the tonal and verbal hearing. The motility of the tympanic membrane, the contractility of the intra-aural muscles, and electroreception of the acoustic nerve are measured. When at least one parameter deviated from the normal value, the latent pathology should be considered and the adequate rehabilitation should be selected.
