FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: micro-porous heat-insulating material is made out of pyrogenic silicon dioxide, glass fibre, and powder-like damper corresponding to titanium dioxide of silicon carbide; additionally material contains sintering additive in form of amorphous boron. The procedure for production of the said material consists in crumbling glass fibre, in introducing pyrogenic silicon dioxide, powder-like damper and sintering additive, in mixing in a mixing installation, in charging produced mixture into a mould, in dry pressing and in high temperature burning at temperature 850-1000C during 2-4 hours. Components are mixed in the mixing installation of an anchor-blade type at shaft revolution speed 500-1000 rev/min during not more, than 20 min. The mixing installation consists of a cylinder case with a conic bottom and of a shaft with blades mounted coaxially to the case. An anchor is additionally attached to the shaft; the anchor forms gaps of 20 and 4 mm between a vertical wall of the case and the case bottom. The blades are inclined to horizon line at angle 85 in the direction of shaft rotation. ^ EFFECT: raised strength characteristics of micro-porous heat-insulating material without essential deterioration of its thermo-physical properties. ^ 3 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl, 4 ex |
