FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: machine for moulding dough products from the mass of batter placed in a receiving tank (13) contains a set (10) of tools movable within several positions for the use of different tools for their consistent use in processing of dough. The tank (13) and the set (10) of tools are mutually displaced by approach and departure operation. The set (10) of tools contains: a pressing plate (14) for leveling the dough in the tank (13); means for moulding and separating the dough into separate dough pieces, fitted with dividing partitions (15, 16). Dividing partitions form cells for moulding dough products at a relative movement of the set of tools (10) and the tank (13) in the direction of approach of dividing partitions (15, 16) with the bottom of the tank (13). The dividing partitions form (15, 16) is made in such a way that it could gradually pull the upper surface layer of dough and pull up the rest of the dough inside of this layer which is covered as far as the partitions (15, 16) approach to the bottom of the tank (13). ^ EFFECT: invention enables to reduce time of processing dough. ^ 15 cl, 8 dwg |
