TESTBENCH FOR MEASUREMENT OF LENGTH OF CIRCLE OF LARGE-SCALE CYLINDRICAL ARTICLES

摘要

Testbench for measurement of length of circle of large-scale cylindrical articles has basis, drive mechanism for rotation of articles, measuring device with measuring roller connected to block for processing results of measurements. Testbench has as well platform with installation elements for basement and fixation of the articles. Installation elements are fixed on platform with possibility of reciprocal motion with respect to it in radial direction. Measuring device is arranged with possibility of reciprocal displacement with respect to platform in radial direction and has roll roller and connected to measuring roller transformer of its rotary motion to digital pulses. Testbench has control system connected to drive mechanism, transformer of rotary motion of measuring roller to digital pulses and block for processing results of measurements. Control system of arranged with possibility of automated measurement of those articles of given type-dimension line with saving information on measurement.
