The invention relates to use of TPO mimetic compound in the production of drugs for increasing hematopoietic stem cell production, for enhancing expansion of a stem cell population within bone marrow and/or mobilizing stem cells in peripheral circulation, reducing a time to engraftment following reinfusion of stem cells in a subject, for reducing the incidence of delayed primary engraftment, reducing the time of platelet and/or neutrophil engraftment following reinfusion of stem cells in a subject. |
