FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is implemented in the following way. Emulsion oil-in-water is created containing from 5 to 20 wt % of fish oil in an atmosphere of inert gas. Probiotics are added either directly in the fish-oil, or into the water prior to the emulsification, or into the formed emulsion. The beverage is poured into sealed containers suitable for this purpose. The beverage on nondairy basis contains a combination of fish-oil in the emulsion of oil-in-water with probiotics, where the content of fish-oil is from 5 to 20 wt %. ^ EFFECT: invention enables to obtain the beverage adipsous, mellow and contributing to the maintenance of water balance. ^ 12 cl, 1 ex |
