A screw pneumatic mechanical sectional conveyor consists of a frame, on which an electric motor with a regulator is mounted, a body of conveyor with a screw feeder located therein, a pneumatic system connected to a central hole made in a spline shaft of screw feeder. In the case the spline shaft of screw feeder is connected with a pneumatic distributor of pneumatic system. The shaft of screw feeder is installed with possibility of axial displacement. A spiral of screw feeder is multiturn. A pneumatic valve is located under a bunker. The working body of conveyor is sectional and made in the form of screw sections with central pneumatic channel and nozzles for air discharge. |
