PURPOSE: A rockbolt and a reinforcing method for rockbolt are provided to minimize construction procedures and reduce construction costs by reducing the construction cost of rockbolt. CONSTITUTION: A rockbolt and a reinforcing method for rockbolt comprises a C-shaped tube(110), a first and a second outer tubes(120,130), a grout injection port(140) and a pressure relief part(150). The first and the second outer tubes are respectively coupled to both ends of the C-shaped tube in order to keep inner secret. The grout injection port is formed on the outer diameter of the first outer tube. The grout injection port is passed with the C-shaped tube. The pressure relief part is formed on the outer diameter of the C-shaped tube at the opposite side end in which the grout injection port is formed. The pressure relief part is processed in order to determine by the inner pressure when the inner filling pressure is same or over the tolerance range.
