PURPOSE: A method and a system for exchanging location contents data with different data formats are provided to use determined rules for data format and for input and output data transformers to perform data conversion. CONSTITUTION: An input data converter(102) receives a message having the first data format from the third unity. The input data converter changes the message to the second data format. The input data converter operates that the message of the second data format is transmitted to a location reference system. A output data converter(105) receives a message from the location reference system to the second data format. The output data converter changes the response to the first data format. The output data converter operates that the response of the first data format is transmitted to the third unity.
