PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing salt using loess water is provided to manufacture the salt in which foreign materials is removed and to remove a bitter taste of the salt by baking the salt after spraying loess water on the bay salt. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing salt using loess water includes the following steps: preparing loess water extracted from bay salt and yellow soil; spraying the loess water on the prepared bay salt; baking the bay salt in an oven at a temperature of 600°C~800°C for 7 ~ 8 hours; spraying the loess water on the baked bay salt; drying the bay salt by less than 100°C. |
