PURPOSE: An electric optical display device preventing a display defect by uniformly dispersing electro optical material is provided to easily interpose an electro optic substance between two substrates and remove the need of separate sealing member, thereby reducing cost. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(115) is arranged on a first substrate(111). A second electrode(125) is arranged on one side of a second substrate(121) facing the first electrode. A plurality of the first barriers(117) is arranged on one side of the first substrate. The plurality of first barriers is projected toward the second substrate. A plurality of the second barriers(127) is arranged on one side of the second substrate facing the first substrate. The plurality of secondary barriers is projected toward the first substrate. An electro-optical material(130) is interposed between the first substrate and the second substrate.
