The frame has a tenon (200) fixed and arranged at an internal side (I). A foldable earpiece (100) has a rigid framework (110) equipped with an articulation tab (111) and carrying an external piston (160). A return spring (161) is interposed between the piston and the framework for over-opening return movement. A front end (166) of the piston takes support on a stop (115) of the tenon. A removable and interchangeable trim (140) is formed in shape of the earpiece, and longitudinally houses the framework. The trim is fixed to the framework by liberating the piston.
