Use of jojoba oil (I) as an extreme pressure additive, is claimed. Independent claims are included for: (1) a process of lubrication for machining operation or assembly of metals, using lubricant containing (I); and (2) lubricant for the implementation of a process, comprising at least 20% of (I).
