摘要 <p>The method comprises primarily and secondarily comparing glyco-proteomic or proteomic expression of total or partial extracts of proteins or (non)-lipid raft component of plasma membranes of glyco-proteins of tumor cells or a cancerous cell stock (1) with an acid pH and normoxia and hypoxia effects, and subjecting the cells to a chemical, biochemical or biological action to make them access to the mitochondrial respiration. The tumor cell or cancer cell stock access to aerobic glycolysis regardless of the oxygen pressure and not to the mitochondrial respiration. The method comprises primarily and secondarily comparing glyco-proteomic or proteomic expression of total or partial extracts of proteins or (non)-lipid raft component of plasma membranes of glyco-proteins of tumor cells or a cancerous cell stock (1) with an acid pH and normoxia and hypoxia effects, and subjecting the cells to a chemical, biochemical or biological action to make them access to the mitochondrial respiration. The tumor cell or cancer cell stock access to aerobic glycolysis regardless of the oxygen pressure and not to the mitochondrial respiration. The stock of cells is restricted by a second stock detected by a second differential expression. The detection based on the second differential expression comprises primarily comparing the proteomic or glyco-proteomic membrane expression of total or partial extracts of proteins or glyco-proteins of plasma membranes of normal tissue cells (4) with a neutral pH value and hypoxia effect, and secondarily comparing the proteomic or glyco-proteomic membrane expression of total or partial extracts of proteins or glyco-proteins of cell plasma membranes of the normal tissue cells (5) with a neutral pH and normoxia effect. The medium used to make the cancer cells access to the mitochondrial respiration is in action with a chemical, biochemical or biological molecule. The detection is carried out by a differential proteomic expression on malignant tumor such as a carcinoma, adenocarcinoma or a sarcoma (liposarcoma, myosarcoma and neurofibrosarcoma) optionally subjected to a chemical, biochemical or biological molecule, or by a differential proteomic expression on a benign tumor (adenoma, lipoma, fibroma and neuroma) optionally subjected to the hypoxia. The set of cells is determined by quantitative differential proteomic expression with separation in two dimensions of tryptic digestion of total or partial extract of proteins or glyco-proteins of cell plasma membranes of the sample by mass spectrometry and a similar quantitative differential glyco-proteomic or proteomic expression.</p>
