<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to enjoy not only materials (content), such as music and video, but also arranged materials obtained by changing the materials. <P>SOLUTION: Terminal devices 51 to 54 obtain new content data or data for arrangement from an arrangement service provider 10 as well as exchange data among the terminals 51 to 54.
