<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a pressure vessel having a liner part integrally fused with a plurality of division bodies, and capable of restraining highly reliably misalignment of to-be-fused end parts of the respective division bodies. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A portion adjacent to the end parts planed to be fused are corrected by correcting jigs 55, 56, when bringing the end parts planed to be fused of the respective division bodies constituting the liner part 1 into face-to-face contact each other, to be fused, in the method of manufacturing a pressure vessel. The method uses, as the correcting jigs 55, 56, ones comprising a shape memory alloy as material, formed into a spiral shape, and deformed diameter-contractedly into a prescribed shape stored preliminarily when heated up to a transformation temperature or more.
