PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for blocking off a passage between racks, which can simply, surely and perpendicularly hold a door panel constituting an entrance door section of the passage between the racks, without the need for construction work for a floor surface. SOLUTION: This structure for blocking off the passage between the racks is formed by arranging rack rows, composed of the plurality of racks 1, in the state of making the rack rows face each other, and providing a ceiling section 4, an entrance door section 5 and a back section installed in a position facing the entrance door section 5, in the passage 2 between the racks, formed between the rack rows. The entrance door section 5 is a top-railed sliding door which comprises the door panel 7 and a rail member 6 for hanging and supporting the door panel 7 in a horizontally-slidable manner. A guide member 15 is provided on the lateral side of the rack 1 on the side of the entrance door section, and engaged with the door panel 7, so as to perpendicularly hold the door panel 7 in a hanging position.
