An organic light emitting diode display with first and second substrates, and a method of manufacturing the organic light emitting diode display. The first substrate has a plurality of first organic light emitting diodes each having a first emissive area and a first non-emissive area, and a first driving circuit unit for driving the first organic light emitting diodes. The second substrate has a plurality of second organic light emitting diodes each having a second emissive area and a second non-emissive area, and a second driving circuit unit for driving the second organic light emitting diodes. The first emissive areas of the first organic light emitting diodes face the second non-emissive areas of the second organic light emitting diodes, respectively, and the second emissive areas of the second organic light emitting diodes face the first nonemissive area of the first organic light emitting diodes, respectively.
