PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a human passage opening, which enables the human passage opening to be formed by means of one type of form for forming the human passage opening, even when the thickness of an inside foundation beam formed with the human passage opening is 220 or 140 mm. SOLUTION: This form for forming the human passage opening includes two frame bodies 5 and 6 which are joined together separably in the thickness direction of the inside foundation beam by means of a plurality of screws 8 for joining the frame bodies together, and a frame body hanger 7 which hangs one 5 of the frame bodies 5 and 6 from an upper end of a foundation forming form, forming a concrete placing space of the inside foundation beam, and supports it. The human passage opening is formed in the inside foundation beam by means of the form for forming the human passage opening, in which the frame body 5 is formed in a frame shape in a depth dimension of 140 mm and in which the frame body 6 is formed in a frame shape in a depth dimension of 80 mm.
