摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature compensated crystal oscillator which has high oscillation accuracy by suppressing variation in oscillation frequency caused by a change in ambient temperature. SOLUTION: In the temperature compensated crystal oscillator including a voltage control section for applying a control voltage to a crystal vibrator provided inside a container, the voltage control section applies to the crystal vibrator a control voltage, obtained by adding to V<SB>o</SB>a compensation voltage V<SB>C</SB>of K<SB>2</SB>=0 and expressed as the following expression, wherein a temperature detected by a temperature detector is defined as T, a reference temperature is defined as T<SB>o</SB>, a voltage to obtain a set frequency of the crystal vibrator at the reference temperature T<SB>o</SB>is defined as V<SB>o</SB>, a set temperature difference corresponding to a temperature difference between the temperature detected by the temperature detector and a temperature of the crystal vibrator is defined asΔT and a preset constant is defined as K<SB>j</SB>.
