摘要 The present invention provides a production method for a whole-bunch fermented liquor, in which desalinated deep ocean water, a crude enzyme preparation and a liquidized enzyme preparation are made into a watery gruel-like form by heating while mixing, after which the mixture is cooled and subjected to protein relaxation and then a mould and yeast are incorporated into the mixture and non-desalinated deep ocean water is added and mixed in and then a multi-stage fermentation process is carried out.
