The device has a sound absorption structure (3) creeping and furling on a shaft (1), and including a set of layers. One of the layers is made up of perforated element and includes a number of through-holes, and another layer consists of a non-woven fibrous material that is arranged on the perforated element. A clamping device is connected with the shaft for clamping and recovering the sound absorption structure, and a drive i.e. tubular motor, starts and drives the claming device. The perforated element is provided with a web with a single or double sided plastic coating.
