<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current mode circuit enabling at least one of an improvement of distortion characteristic, the reduction of power consumption, the reduction of a circuit size, and an improvement of a sampling rate. <P>SOLUTION: The current mode circuit 40 for sampling a current signal I<SB>IN</SB>includes: a first node (I<SB>IN</SB>) for applying the current signal I<SB>IN</SB>thereto; X-pieces of second nodes A-D each conductively connected to the first node through a route; and a steering means 42 to control connection between the first node and the second nodes so that packets different in charge constituting the current signal are steered through the route different depending on the passage of time. X is an integer of three or more. The steering means is configured to include: a control signal generation means to generate X-pieces of time-interleaved curve control signals; and a switching means distributed through the route to execute control according to the X-curve control signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
