The present invention is to provide a camera lens door opening-and-closing device with improved durability and quality by preventing parts installed in a holder from separating through a gap between the holder and a cover. In order to accomplish the purpose, the camera lens door opening-and-closing device comprises: the holder with a lower opening, the cover which is mounted on top of the holder and has an upper opening connected to the lower opening of the holder, a motor installed in the holder, a gear member installed in the holder under the cover which rotates by being connected to the motor, and a door member which is installed and slides on the holder under the cover and has a rack gear on a side surface to engage the gear member and slide when the gear member rotates so as to open and close the lower and upper openings. The holder has a fixing shaft on which the gear member is inserted and mounted, and the cover has a fixing plate which is bent toward the fixing shaft and contacts the top of the fixing shaft to prevent separation of the gear member.
