PURPOSE: An image communication terminal for supporting a video conference is provided to support a multiuser video conference only through the VoIP/V2IP terminal by including an MCU(Multipoint Control Unit) function at a high-performance VoIP/V2IP terminal. CONSTITUTION: A display unit(309) displays a conference image or a multi-user video call, and a data processor(311) process the video and/or voice data through a camera(305) and a voice input/output unit(307). In addition, the data processor process the video and/or voice data received from a VoIP(Voice over IP)/V2IP(Voice and Video over IP) terminal. A control unit(313) synthesizes the video and/or voice data processed by the data processor to create the video conference data, and then transmits the created video conference data to each VoIP/V2IP terminal.
