PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the earthquake resistant-strength of a house by forming a reinforcement implement for the house, comprising a long bolt connected to an anchor embedded in a foundation and extended parallel to a column and inserted through a horizontal member, an installed washer disposed on the horizontal member and extended along the upper surface of the horizontal member, nuts connecting the installed washer and the long bolt, and a leaf spring and an elastic seat arranged in order between the nuts and the installed washer. SOLUTION: The reinforcement implement (1) for reinforcing the house (2) includes a long bolt (12) connected to an anchor (11) embedded in a foundation (4) and extended parallel to a column and inserted through a horizontal member (8), an installed washer (18) disposed on the horizontal member (8) and extended along the upper surface of the horizontal member (8), nuts (22, 23) connecting the installed washer (18) and the long bolt (12), and a leaf spring (20) and an elastic seat (21) arranged in order between the nuts (22, 23) and the installed washer (18). The cross section of the installed washer (18) is formed in a recessed shape, and the leaf spring (20) is accommodated inside the installed washer (18). The base of the leaf spring (20) is formed to have a width same as the inside width of the installed washer (18), and the tip of the leaf spring (20) is formed so as to be narrower than the base.
