<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a cover capable of surely partitioning a machining space from its outside with a simple configuration without using electric control. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A lift cover 17 having a size equivalent to that of a cutout 9 is mounted to a protection cover 6 so as to vertically move between a closing position and an opening position of the cutout 9. A locking mechanism (a locking pin 16 and a locking hole 28) is provided between a locking bracket 27 in a side of a cross rail 3 and an upper connecting plate 14 in a side of the lift cover 17 to connect the lift cover 17 to the cross rail 3 at a closing position of the protection cover 6 and to allow the lift cover 17 to follow the cross rail 3 moving up and down.
