METHOD OF MANUFACTURING BASE MATERIAL WITH RESIN

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a base material with a resin which is free from the occurrence of the repelling of the resin or coating unevenness even when a coating material containing inorganic filler is laminated on the base material. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the base material with the resin includes the following steps of: obtaining a first mixing liquid by stirring a mixture containing at least the inorganic filler and a resin being solid at room temperature; filtering the first mixed liquid with a first filter to obtain a second mixed liquid; adding a resin being liquid at room temperature and an additive to the second mixed liquid and stirring it to obtain a third mixed liquid; dispersing the third mixed liquid to obtain the coating liquid using at least one of following processes: (1) dispersion by high speed shearing; (2) ultrasonic dispersion; and (3) dispersion by media colliding; passing the coating liquid through a second filter and detecting a particle having a diameter equal to or above a prescribed value from the filter residue; and applying the resultant coating liquid on the base material to obtain the base material with the resin when the particle having the diameter equal to or above the prescribed value is not detected.
