PURPOSE: A Cu-Mn complete solid solubility reinforced heat-resistant aluminum alloy and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve heat resistance limit and achieve reduced weight by employing Cu-Mn alloy element. CONSTITUTION: A Cu-Mn complete solid solubility reinforced heat-resistant aluminum alloy, in which aluminum is combined with Cu-Mn alloy element in a reinforcing phase, comprises aluminum 0.5~10 weight%. The Cu-Mn alloy element comprises copper 10~90 weight% and manganese 10~90 weight. The complete solid solution reinforcing phase keeps the stable phase to the temperature of 873°C. |
