PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of efficiently cooling an electronic component generating heat and preventing vibrations caused by a blower fan from being conducted to prevent noise generation and degradation in performance of the electronic component due to the vibrations of the blower fan. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus has the blower fan 14 for cooling an integrated circuit chip 11 mounted on a circuit board 10 and generating heat, and includes a heat sink 15 fitted to the circuit board 10 to cover the integrated circuit chip 11, a fan holding member 16 arranged on the heat sink 15 while the blower fan 14 is stored and held, and made of an elastic material, and a shield plate 7 pressing the fan holding member 16 against the heat sink 15 to fix it. The integrated circuit chip 11 generating the heat can, therefore, be efficiently cooled by the blower fan 14 and the vibrations of the blower fan 14 can be absorbed by the fan holding member 16 made of the elastic material, so the vibrations of the blower fan 14 are conducted to neither the heat sink 15 nor the integrated circuit chip 11.
