<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing unit with a combined seal ring for preventing the entry of water by preventing a clearance between a slinger and an inner ring and the displacement of the slinger. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The combined seal ring includes a seal ring having a seal core and a seal material, and the slinger 18. The seal ring is fixed to the side of an outer ring, and the slinger 18 is fixed to the side of the inner ring. The slinger 18 has a cylindrical portion 18a, and an annular porion 18b formed annular to be bent from the peripheral edge of the cylindrical portion 18a. It is approximately L-shaped in cross section and mounted on the inner ring with the inner peripheral face of the cylindrical portion 18a fitted to the outer peripheral face of the inner ring. To the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion 18a of the slinger 18, a reinforcing member 31 is fitted which is formed of a material having a higher yield point than that for the slinger 18.
