PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily shift the state of a mobile unit located within the range of a macro cell into a state for transmitting/receiving data via a broadband line. SOLUTION: When a mobile unit 2 is connected via a charging cable 13, the connection is detected at a femto cell base station 1 and DC power source is supplied to the mobile unit 2 via the charging cable 13. Furthermore, a combination signal obtained by combining an interference signal for deteriorating a radiowave from a macro cell base station with an RF signal is supplied via the charging cable 13. At the mobile unit 2 to which the interference signal is input, a status of receiving the radiowave from the macro cell base station is changed and shifting is performed from a macro cell where the mobile unit 2 is located so far to a femto cell managed by the femto cell base station 1.
