Disclosed is an autoanalyzer which solves such a problem that when reaction solution containing magnetic particles is sucked up to a flow cell, the magnetic particles stay at level differences or deformed portions due to the level differences in a channel, deformation of the inner diameter of the channel, vibration caused by movement of the channel, or the like, thereby the magnetic particles are brought into a state of uneven density and therefore the magnetic particles cannot be captured uniformly at a measuring section, and such a problem that carry-over takes place because the magnetic particles stay at the level differences, or the like, in the channel. Disturbance in flow of liquid which is sucked to a measuring section is minimized by fixing the channel perfectly up to the measuring section, and reducing the joints of the channel thereby reducing the level differences. The most important characteristics is that a means for moving the reaction solution or a chemical reagent to the sucking channel is provided.
