<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a redundant I/O module provided with a function such that a control automatically executes loading of IOM setting information in replacement and maintenance without needing an operator's operation and an engineering PC. <P>SOLUTION: The redundant I/O module includes: an IOM status generation means that detects a status of replacement of a standby I/O module in reference to the state of an IOM setting information holding means on the standby side; an IOM setting information obtaining means that makes an access to the IOM setting information holding means of a control I/O module based on this information to obtain the IOM setting information on the control side; an IOM setting information generation means that generates IOM setting information on the standby side based on the obtained IOM setting information on the control side; and an IOM download means that downloads the generated IOM setting information into the IOM setting information holding means of the standby I/O module. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
