摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an onboard battery charger preventing an increase of supply power received from a commercial AC power supply and preventing charging time from becoming long. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When power is supplied from the commercial AC power supply 20, a rectifying circuit 111 subjects a voltage component of power to full wave rectification and outputs an input voltage Vin thus obtained in the onboard battery charger 110. A PFC circuit 112 boosts an input voltage Vin and brings a power factor of power supplied through the rectifying circuit 111 to "1", and obtains an output voltage Vout1. A DC-DC converting circuit 113 suitably adjusts a voltage value of output voltage Vout1. An onboard battery 120 accumulates a power amount by output voltage Vout2 properly controlled.
