PURPOSE: A transmission antenna selection method in a multi-cell communication system, and a wireless communication device thereof are provided to maximize performance of communication system in consideration of interference with neighboring cells and use a restricted RF module, thereby reducing the complexity and cost of a wireless transceiver. CONSTITUTION: A channel information estimator(110) predicts not only channel response information for each antenna but also channel interference information. A transmission antenna selection determiner(130) selects transmission antenna combination including antennas which are used for transmission of a wireless signal by using the predicted channel interaction information and interference channel information. A transmission antenna selection implementer(150) performs transmission of the wireless signal through the selected transmission antenna combination.
