<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute content through another communication means within a broadcasting area without imposing a special operation on the user. <P>SOLUTION: An information distribution system 10 includes: a radio station (broadcasting station 20) for sending radio waves; an information distribution apparatus (broadcasting station 20) distributing, by means of another communication means (IP communication network 50), information sent from the radio station through radio waves and/or information other than the information sent from the radio station through the radio waves; and an information receiving apparatus (receiver 40) which receives, by means of another communication means, the information sent from the radio station through the radio waves.
