PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a brush part face any part of scalp. SOLUTION: An electric brush device includes an electric brush device body 2 as a driving part and a brush part 3 operated by the electric brush device body 2. The brush part 3 comprises a substrate 4 comprising a flexible material and a plurality of projections 5 projected on the surface 4S of the substrate 4. The electric brush device body 2 is provided with a frame body 6 for holding the peripheral edge of the substrate 4. Then, the frame body 6 is provided in the electric brush device body 2 so as to be swung through a support means 7. Thus, even when the brush part 3 is abutted to the scalp S in a non-facing state, since the brush part 3 is swung relative to the electric brush device body 2 according to the abutted state of the projections 5, the brush part 3 is automatically corrected to the state of facing the scalp S.
