PURPOSE: A building panel and a bottom construction method using mortar which contains polyurethane foam pole as a main component is provide to prevent cracks on a finishing plate. CONSTITUTION: A building panel and a bottom construction method using mortar which contains polyurethane foam pole as a main component are as follows. 60~80% of urethane foam, 1~4% of mixture, and 19~40% of cement are constructed on a floor by mixing with water. A finishing material is recovered.
