<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid complex which has excellent storage stability and enables the detection of a nucleic acid by high sensitivity fluorescence and a method for detecting, quantitating, and identifying a desired base sequence of the nucleic acids (DNA or RNA) of viruses, microorganisms, animals, plants, humans and the like or detecting the presence or absence of variation in various base sequences with high reliability at high sensitivity.
