PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan shroud structure ensuring the total rigidity and formability while increasing air volume and reducing noise. SOLUTION: This fan shroud structure includes: a shroud wall 1b provided so as to face the core 2c of a radiator 2; and a cylindrical shroud ring 1d provided on the shroud wall 1b and storing a fan 3. In the fan shroud structure, the shroud ring 1d is arranged in a position displaced from the center position of the shroud wall 1b, an inclined portion 1h with a clearance between the inclined portion and the core 2c reduced according as it is directed from the shroud ring 1d to the outside in a vehicle width direction or a vehicle vertical direction is formed in a portion A3 where the area of the shroud wall 1b around the shroud ring 1d is small, and a flat portion 1g having a constant clearance between the flat portion and the core 2c or a minute inclined portion having a substantially constant clearance between the minute inclined portion and the core is formed in portions A1, A2 where the area of the shroud wall 1b around the shroud ring 1d is large.
