PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting device for fixing a form, which can rapidly cope with the inclined connection of a connecting bolt, likely to be caused by misalignment of a mounting position etc. when paired form materials arranged in an opposed state are connected together, and which enables selection and replacement change to be performed depending on a difference between the connecting bolts different in strength. SOLUTION: A tubular connecting cylinder 5 is integrally connected to a base board 1 which is fixed to the inside surface of a form material P for being used in the construction of a concrete skeleton, and a connecting joint body 10 swingable in the connecting cylinder 5 is linked to the base of the connecting cylinder 5. The connecting joint body 10 is swingably supported in the connecting cylinder 5 by a detachable shaft pin material 6 which is inserted through each of the link holes predrilled in each of the connecting cylinder 5 and the connecting joint body 10. Additionally, an internal thread is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the connecting joint body 10, and an opening of the connecting joint body 10 is protruded from the opening of the connecting tube 5.
